What is your designing fee/charges?
We believe in transparency. Our design fees depend on the total size of the project and the work to be done. We work mainly in two ways:* Per Sq. Ft.: For larger projects, we charge a fixed rate per sq. ft.* Percentage of Project Cost: Our fee is a fixed percentage (e.g. 5%-7%) of the total cost (material + labour) of the entire project.After understanding your requirements, we give you a detailed quotation.
Are there any hidden charges?
Not at all. We are completely transparent with our clients. We work on the budget and fees decided in the initial agreement. If you make any changes later, the details and cost are informed to you in advance.
I have a limited budget. Can you work within my budget?
Yes, absolutely. Our goal is to provide the best value and design within your budget. In the first meeting, we understand your budget thoroughly and suggest design and material options accordingly to create your dream home without compromising on quality.
How long does it usually take to complete a project?
The project time depends on its size and complexity of the work. As an estimate:* 3BHK apartment interior: around 75-90 days.* Modular kitchen: around 30-45 days.
What if I don't like the 3D design you provide?
Your satisfaction is our priority. We show you 3D visualizations before finalizing the design so that you get an idea of what your home will look like. We give you the option to make up to 2 revisions to the design so that you get the design you want. Work begins only when you are 100% happy with the design.
Do you just do the design or do you also get the entire work executed?
We work on a “Design & Build” model. This means that we take all the responsibility from creating the design, selecting the right craftsman, purchasing the material and getting the work done. You do not have to contact multiple people.
Who buys the material, you or me?
We help you choose the material according to your choice and budget. Once the material is finalized, our team is responsible for purchasing it and delivering it to the site to ensure the right quality and timely work. All purchases are made with your consent.
Do you also take on smaller projects like designing just one room or just a wardrobe?
Yes, we also take up select small projects depending on our workload, especially modular kitchens and wardrobes. You can contact us with your requirement, and we will let you know if we can help you.
In which cities do you provide your services?
We are currently providing our services in Siliguri Islampur pur kishanganj Durgapur rai ganj Darjeeling sikkim north Bengal and its surrounding areas. In our portfolio you will find information about our recent projects.
Is visit fees the same for all the locations?
Currently, we are providing site visits in Siliguri location only and our Rs. 1,500/- visit fees is applicable only for Siliguri in 20km radius from our office. For the rest of the locations, charges may differ, talk to us..
